Elisa Goodman is a casting director who worked as casting associate on the first and second seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation.

In 1998, Goodman was nominated for an Artios Award from the Casting Society of America for Best Casting for Feature Film, Independent for the romance French Exit (1995) which featured Mädchen Amick and Molly Hagan. Beside her work on Star Trek, Goodman worked as casting associate on the comedy Born in East L.A. (1987), the drama Powwow Highway (1989), and Renegades (1989). On all three films she worked for casting department head Junie Lowry with whom she also worked on The Next Generation.

As casting director, she worked on films such as the television drama Stranger in the Family (1991, starring Terri Garr), Poisoned by Love: The Kern County Murders (1993), the action film Quick (1993), Samurai Cowboy (1994), Crackerjack (1994, with Christopher Plummer), the thriller Dream Man (1995, with Denise Crosby and Armin Shimerman), the action thriller Breach of Trust (1995), White Tiger (1996), the thriller Underworld (1996), the television drama The Three Lives of Karen (1997), the comedy Air Bud (1997), the science fiction thriller The Invader (1997, with Ben Cross), the television drama Tricks (1997), the television drama My Husband's Secret Life (1998), the television thriller Every Mother's Worst Fear (1998), The 4th Floor (1999), the science fiction film Alien Fury: Countdown to Invasion (2000), Dungeons & Dragons (2000), Replicant (2001), the horror film Octopus 2: River of Fear (2001, starring Michael Reilly Burke), the action film The Order (2001), the television thriller Deadly Betrayal (2003), and Boxboarders! (2007). On all of her films as casting director she worked with fellow casting director Abra Edelman.
