Ekthi

Maje Ekthi was the leader of a Kazon-Oglamar group and training facility on a planet near a transwarp aperture.

In the 2380s, Ekthi ran his facility, designed skiffs and trained young Kazon as pilots so they could earn their Oglamar name. However, the facility's AI computer took Ekthi prisoner and controlled him via a mind control chip, using him to command its Kazon androids.(PRO: "The Fast and the Curious")
