Earth Station Bobruisk

Earth Station Bobruisk was a transporter facility in Eurasia, Earth.

In 2367, Sergey and Helena Rozhenko transported from Earth Station Bobruisk to the USS Enterprise-D to reunite with Worf aboard the starship. (TNG: "Family")

This station was only mentioned in dialogue.
In the Star Trek Encyclopedia, 4th ed., vol. 1, p. 227, it was stated that Bobruisk was a city in the country of Belarus and was the location of a major land battle in World War II.
