Earl Grey

Charles Grey, 2nd Earl Grey was a British nobleman in the 18th and 19th century for whom Earl Grey tea was named.

In 2373, Garak sampled Earl Grey tea on board a runabout, but due to its limited replicator menu he complained to Worf, "I would like to get my hands on that fellow Earl Grey and tell him a thing or two about tea leaves." (DS9: "In Purgatory's Shadow")
