Double vision

Double vision was an eye condition which caused one to see everything in duplicate.

It was a symptom of both Albright-Salzman syndrome and sensory aphasia. Seven of Nine initially diagnosed herself with the former, but The Doctor found her to have the latter instead. (VOY: "Relativity")
