A double-fist punch was a hand-to-hand combat technique used to incapacitate an opponent.

Many Starfleet and Bajoran Militia officers were trained to use double-fist punches.

In an alternate 1944, Jonathan Archer was a prisoner of the Nazis being transported by truck, with his hands tied together. He took advantage of having his hands tied together by delivering a double-fist punch to one of his Nazi captors. (ENT: "Storm Front")
