Diaspora

A diaspora was a population of individuals who were scattered or dispersed, typically involuntarily, outside of their homeland; a country, world, or other location of origin.

The Great Diaspora was the name for a period of Xindi history which described the aftermath of the destruction of the Xindi homeworld Xindus. (ENT: "The Council", "Azati Prime")
