A dermaplastic graft was a type of bandage designed to accelerate the regeneration of skin.

In 2374, The Doctor applied dermaplastic grafts to Seven of Nine's skin during the removal of her Borg implants, to facilitate the regeneration of her Human biology. (VOY: "The Gift")

The "bandages" worn by Jean-Luc Picard during his recovery from being transformed into Locutus of Borg at the conclusion of "The Best of Both Worlds, Part II" seem to serve the same function as the grafts later given to Seven of Nine, though they went unnamed in the episode.
