Dentarium

Dentarium was a type of metal utilized by the Federation in the form of an alloy for the construction of Apollo-class starships.

When analyzing wreckage in 2368, Geordi La Forge noted that the use of dentarium meant that the then-unidentified fragments came from something designed to be used in space. (TNG: "Unification I")
