Deltan parsley was an aromatic pink-colored plant from Delta IV that was used as an herb. It had a delicious taste, but was deadly in large amounts.

In 2259, Christopher Pike asked Joseph M'Benga for the last of the Deltan parsley he had stored in sickbay, to use in the jambalaya he was preparing for a dinner honoring Ambassador Dak'Rah. (SNW: "Under the Cloak of War")
