Delovian soufflé

Delovian soufflé was a dish served in Ten Forward.

While trying to learn more about Guinan in 2365, Wesley Crusher ate a Delovian soufflé. (TNG: "The Child")

According to the script for "The Child", Delovian was pronounced "Del-O-ve-an." Furthermore, this dish is described as a "...twenty-fourth century Enterprise version of an ice cream sundae." [1]
