Delos IV

Delos IV was the inhabited fourth planet in its star system. This planet was located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant.

In 2352, Beverly Crusher interned under Dr. Dalen Quaice on this planet. (TNG: "Remember Me")

This planet was only mentioned in dialogue.
At StarTrek.com, there were two systems named Delos, and this Delos IV was not the same planet as Brekka. [1](X)
In the Star Trek: Star Charts ("United Federation of Planets I"), Delos IV was listed as a Federation member in 2378.
