Delb II

Delb II was the inhabited second planet of its star system. Located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant, it was the homeworld of the Delbians, including Nellen Tore who was an assistant to Admiral Norah Satie in 2367. (TNG: "The Drumhead")

In 2371, the location of Delb II was labeled in the star chart Data and Picard were studying in stellar cartography aboard the USS Enterprise-D. (Star Trek Generations, okudagram)

This planet was only mentioned in dialogue.
In the Star Trek: Star Charts ("United Federation of Planets I"), in 2378, Delb II was listed as a Federation member.
