Dee Pelletier is an actress who played a Talosian observer in the Star Trek: Discovery second season episode "If Memory Serves".

Albeit mainly a theatre actress, Pelletier has appeared in a number of television guest roles since the late 1990s. These include episodes of Law & Order, Third Watch, Law & Order: Criminal Intent (with John Savage and Tim Ransom), Elementary, Madam Secretary (starring Keith Carradine), Orange Is the New Black (starring Kate Mulgrew, with Lori Petty), Succession (with Alan Ruck and Stephen Root), and Dr. Death (directed by Jennifer Morrison).
