Sikaris imported a delicate fabric from Dedestris spun from the petals of a flower that only bloomed in moonlight.

In 2371, Sikarian Magistrate Gathorel Labin offered a scarf made of the fabric to Captain Kathryn Janeway of the USS Voyager. (VOY: "Prime Factors")

This planet was only mentioned in dialogue.
According to both StarTrek.com and the Star Trek Encyclopedia, 4th ed., vol. 1, p. 193, this planet was located in the Delta Quadrant. [1](X)
