David Ralphe is the actor who played a Romulan commander in Star Trek Nemesis. His other work includes appearances in the TV series The Amazing Spider-Man (with Michael Pataki and Hagan Beggs), L.A. Law (with Corbin Bernsen) and Hill Street Blues (with James Sikking). He also appeared in the TV movie Destination America, starring Bruce Greenwood.
