David G. LoConto

David G. LoConto (born 14 April 1960; age 65) is a writer, professor, and scholar who is the author of Social Movements and the Collective Identity of the Star Trek Fandom.

He is a professor of Sociology at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico with research interests of early American sociology, social psychology, popular culture, and social theory.
