David Burke (born 18 June 1967; age 58) is an actor who played Steven Price in the Star Trek: Voyager fifth season episode "Someone to Watch Over Me".

He is perhaps best remembered for his television roles as Father Ken Mallory in Joan of Arcadia (co-starring Michael Welch and Becky Wahlstrom) and as Arthur in The Tick (co-starring Liz Vassey and guest starring Christopher Lloyd and Armin Shimerman).

In 2008, Burke guest starred as Peter Kirby in Valentine, featuring Autumn Reeser, Patrick Fabian, Greg Ellis, and Tim Ransom.
