Dandelion

The dandelion was a species of Earth plant.

Sylvia Tilly kept having an image of Michael Burnham holding a dandelion, blowing on it, and the seeds going away.

She would later get the chance to tell Burnham about it in 3189 before asking her, in the year they were apart, if she had let go of her family aboard the USS Discovery. Burnham agreed that she had let go, to which Tilly said it was okay and they hugged. (DIS: "People of Earth")
