Damage alert

The damage alert was an alert status aboard Federation starships in the 23rd century.

During the Battle of the Binary Stars, on board the USS Shenzhou, a damage alert was indicated on Lieutenant Commander Saru's monitor, informing him of a hull breach on several decks of the ship. (DIS: "Battle at the Binary Stars")
