A dagger of the mind was an alcoholic beverage.

While having brunch with Quimp on Ferenginar in 2381, Beckett Mariner ordered two shots of Cardassian tequila and a dagger of the mind on the rocks. (LD: "Parth Ferengi's Heart Place")

The name of this drink was an in-universe reference to the Star Trek: The Original Series episode title "Dagger of the Mind", which itself was a Shakespearean line from Macbeth.
