Cynthia R. Coulter is an animal trainer who worked for Critters of the Cinema together with Rob Bloch as trainers for the dog Gizmo on the Star Trek: Voyager first season episode "Ex Post Facto".

Coulter received credits for her work as animal trainer on Sister, Sister (1987), Funny Farm (1988), After Midnight (1989), Beethoven's 2nd (1993), and Suicide Kings (1997, with Rob Bloch and Karen Thomas-Kolakowski).
