Crime scene report

A crime scene report was a type of report describing the criminal events that took place in a particular area.

In 2373, Odo was to receive the preliminary crime scene report on Latha Mabrin's death. He wished to wait for the report before beginning his own investigations. (DS9: "The Darkness and the Light")
