Cretin

A cretin was an insulting phrase used to describe a deformed person of small stature.

When Worf was attacked by two Ferengi of short stature from DaiMon Tarr's science team on the surface of Delphi Ardu IV, he called the lot "pygmy cretins!" (TNG: "The Last Outpost")
