Creativity
Creativity was the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality.
In 2367, Doctor Beverly Crusher said to Geordi La Forge, "Creativity, resourcefulness, inspiration, imagination, they've all been enhanced. Lieutenant, you could very well be the most advanced human being who has ever lived." (TNG: "The Nth Degree")
In 2373, arguing against Lieutenant Tuvok's contention that the holographic program he had created, Insurrection Alpha, should be permanently deleted, Kathryn Janeway told him that she was more than just the captain of the USS Voyager. She was the leader of a community and communities needed entertainment, culture and creative outlets, that as they were stranded in the Delta Quadrant and did not have access to music or holo-novels from back home, it was naturally that they started creating their own.
