Couscous

Couscous was a type of food made out of grain originating in North Africa on Earth.

In 2369, Doctor Julian Bashir invited Vash to have couscous with him for dinner at Quark's, calling it "delicious". The proposed date never took place, as Q induced sudden fatigue in the doctor. (DS9: "Q-Less")
