Colombian roast was a type of coffee from the planet Earth.

In 2401, Harvey gave Jean-Luc Picard a cup of Colombian roast, and he didn't like it, thinking he had been given Earl Grey tea or something else.

What Harvey was unaware of was the fact that the version of Picard that he had known was replaced by the other from the original timeline by Q. (PIC: "Penance")
