Coherent neutrino beam
A coherent neutrino beam was a neutrino-based scanning technology, allowing the construction of a polythermal image.
In early 2375, Seven of Nine used coherent neutrino beams to document activity aboard a Malon freighter, determining that they were constructing a shuttlecraft to steal USS Voyager's multi-spatial probe from a gas giant. Her captain characterized this as spying. (VOY: "Extreme Risk").
