Coercion

Coercion was the power of compelling someone to act against their will or desire by way of threats, such as blackmail, extortion, injury, or death.

In 2375, Seven of Nine said to Kurros, "Your group can assist many Collectives, and yet you often use that ability as a means of coercion to obtain what you want. How many have suffered because they were unwilling to agree to your conditions?". (VOY: "Think Tank")
