Coconut crisp

Coconut crisp was a Earth dessert dish made with coconut. The coconut was baked with a topping of brown sugar, butter, and flour.

In the 2250s, a menu of Earth foods in the mess hall aboard the USS Discovery listed a coconut crisp and ice cream. This food item was available all hours. (DIS: "Despite Yourself")
