Lieutenant Clint Taylor was a Starfleet officer who served during the early 25th century. In 2401, Taylor served on the USS Titan-A's gamma shift. (PIC: "The Next Generation")

This character was only mentioned in writing. They were listed on an illegible duty roster in "The Next Generation" which was later shared by Bill Krause on Twitter. [1](X)
