Chez DeSalle was a noted restaurant in the late 24th century.

In 2382, food critics Legnog and Gonald reviewed Chez DeSalle as bland. This clued in Doctor Gabers Migleemo that there was something wrong with their sense of taste, as the restaurant had spent a hundred years perfecting their pod plant purée. (LD: "A Farewell To Farms")
