A cheese grater was a kitchen utensil used for shredding cheese or other foods into tiny pieces.

In 2259, Christopher Pike used a cheese grater during meal prep for a crew gathering on the USS Enterprise. (SNW: "All Those Who Wander")

In 2399, William T. Riker used a cheese grater to shred some cheese he used to make a pizza with Antarean basil, bunnicorn sausage, and fresh, non-replicated tomatoes. (PIC: "Nepenthe")
