Chee'lash fruit.

Chee'lash fruit was an edible fruit native to the planet Argratha of the Gamma Quadrant.

In 2372 during Miles O'Brien's simulated memory of a 20-cycle prison sentence for espionage, cellmate Ee'char gave him a chee'lash fruit to nurse him back to health. (DS9: "Hard Time")

The script for "Hard Time" gives the pronunciation as "CHEE-lash". [1]
The Star Trek Cookbook (p.194) describes chee'lash as, "a kind of staple that's made from sliced green apples in their own juices. You can make as a dessert, not unlike apple compote, but without the brandy that compotes sometimes have."
