Charlotte Nicdao (born 14 August 1991; age 33) is an Australian actress and composer who voiced Ensigns Moxy and Meredith in the Star Trek: Lower Decks third season episode "Room for Growth" and the fifth season episode "Upper Decks". She also voiced Meredith in the fourth season episode "In the Cradle of Vexilon".
