Ceti Alpha was a K-type dwarf in Sector 25712, Alpha Quadrant. It was the primary of the Ceti Alpha system.

In 2165 in an alternate timeline where the Xindi destroyed Earth, Yerdrin Lek hid his ship just outside the chromosphere of Ceti Alpha, after he tailed Doctor Phlox to the system. Nevertheless, he was discovered when Enterprise NX-01 picked up an intermittent duranium signature. (ENT: "Twilight")

This star's quadrant of origin was inferred based on the position of Starbase 12, the closest starbase, as seen in the star chart appearing in the Star Trek: Discovery episode "Magic to Make the Sanest Man Go Mad".
