Censor

Censor was an occupation among Romulans, and presumably other species, whose duty involved suppressing information.

After unexpectedly demonstrating knowledge of the Romulan scout ship Shaenor, Soji Asha argued that she must have read it somewhere, as she had probably read every existing unclassified document pertaining to the history of the Borg cube she was on, and even Romulan censors presumably slipped up sometimes. (DIS: "The End is the Beginning")

While the term appears to have been used in the modern meaning of the word, censor is also yet another ancient Roman title reappearing in Romulan society.
