Carmen Nogales is an actress who appeared as an Enterprise NX-01 crewmember in five first season episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise. As a background actress she received no credit for her appearances and was identified by the call sheets for the episodes.

Nogales was featured in The Return of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1994) and Tornado! (1996). She had guest parts in the television series Heaven Help Us, The People Next Door, Profiler, and Sliders (1997, starring Jerry O'Connell and John Rhys-Davies, with Brian McNamara and Brigid Brannagh) and appeared in Olympia (1998) and in the drama Cement (2000, with Titus Welliver).

Beside her work in film and television Nogales portrayed the leading roles in commercials for "Bounty Towels", "Wells Fargo Bank", and "Wal-Mart".
