Carlos Albornoz is the actor who played Buckley in the Star Trek: Strange New Worlds first season episode "All Those Who Wander". He utilized a remote-control head to realize the character. He has also lent his voice to a number of video games, including Star Wars: Outlaws and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and worked in television series including Good Sam (starring Jason Isaacs) and Hudson and Rex (featuring Cihang Ma). He also worked on the 2021 Lifetime movie Salt-n-Pepa, a dramatization of the titular hip hop duo once famously introduced by Patrick Stewart on Saturday Night Live.
