Cancellation

A cancellation was the termination of a reservation.

In 2372, Julian Bashir failed to cancel his and Miles O'Brien's holosuite reservation because he was hoping they could still play their Battle of Britain holoprogram together. When O'Brien decided to skip it that time and go home, Quark asked Bashir if he was still interested, reminding the doctor of his policy regarding cancellations - namely, that no refunds were given.
