Cajun

The Cajuns were a group of Humans who traditionally resided in the North American region of Louisiana on Earth, known for their French-influenced culture and distinctive cuisine. (DS9: "Homefront")

While playing Brad Boimler's holonovel Crisis Point II: Paradoxus with his friends in 2381, Sam Rutherford was excited to learn that his character, Chief Engineer Sylvo Toussant of the USS Wayfarer, was Cajun.
