The CTP Training Manual was a manual for members of the Starfleet Command Training Program (CTP), intended to provide direction and preparation for making command decisions.

In 2257, Ensign Sylvia Tilly had the CTP Training Manual file up on her bridge console along with a messy mix of other items on her checklist, with the note to "Read CPT (sic) Manual". (DIS: "New Eden")

After crash landing on "The Colony" in 3189, Tilly began rambling about a nearby settlement when Philippa Georgiou chided her: "Should we get the Command Training Manual, or can you find your own way to making a point?" (DIS: "Far From Home")
