A CEO (abbreviation for "chief executive officer") was a management position on Earth during the 20th century, denoting the head of a business establishment.

As of 1996, Henry Starling was CEO of the company he created, Chronowerx Industries. (VOY: "Future's End")

The title was only used in abbreviated form, CEO.
