CCTV was a system of surveillance cameras used in the 21st century on Earth.

In 2024, Martin Wells had a "lady friend" who worked with the city of Los Angeles, and would email him CCTV videos he might be interested in. In 2024, that included footage of Jean-Luc Picard transporting. (PIC: "Mercy")

CCTV stands for closed circuit television.
