Bulletin board

A bulletin board was a wall-mounted storage piece to hold sorted information on papers and memos.

The quarters aboard Enterprise NX-01 featured bulletin boards. (ENT: "Harbinger", "Rajiin")

Sub-commander T'Pol kept schematics on the bulletin board in her quarters. (ENT: "Breaking the Ice")

The schematic is a real blueprint of the bridge set of Star Trek: Enterprise built on Paramount Stage 18.

Captain Jonathan Archer also had a bulletin board in his quarters. (ENT: "Fortunate Son", "Rajiin")

Background info

The bulletin boards from the quarters of Phlox, Hoshi Sato, Travis Mayweather, and Trip Tucker were later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. Information displayed on these bulletin boards include several in-jokes and production information including activity reports, data logs, star charts, hull integrity reports, schematics, department status, a drawing of the "Battle of New Orleans", circuit designs, memos of Suliban language, data transmissions of Vulcan language, bioscans, medcsans, and patient files.

The Porthos bulletin board features several images and pictures of dogs, an image of the USS Enterprise, and a picture of Paramount Stage 18.
