The Buick Master Six was an American automobile built by Buick in the 1920s. This car was powered by an internal combustion engine.

Centuries later, this car was recreated by the Iotians on the planet Sigma Iotia II. When a landing party from the USS Enterprise beamed down to the Northside Territory, in 2268, an example of this car was driving down a street. Later, this same car, or another like it, drove past the car stolen by James T. Kirk and Spock. (TOS: "A Piece of the Action")
