Buck Maffei

Robert "Big Buck" Maffei (13 July 1930–16 November 1982; age 52) played the Taurus II anthropoid in the Star Trek: The Original Series first season episode "The Galileo Seven". He was most probably cast in the role because of his 7'1" (2.16 m) height.

Maffei filmed his scenes on Monday 26 September 1966 and Tuesday 27 September 1966 at Desilu Stage 10.
