Bruce Hale (born 30 October 1957; age 67) is a children's book author who wrote the William Shatner: A Little Golden Book Biography.

In addition to his Star Trek work, he has authored or illustrated several children's book series including the Chet Gecko Mysteries, The Monstertown Mysteries, and Clark the Shark.
