Bruce E. Drushel (born 1 June 1960; age 65) is a writer, editor, professor, and scholar who is the editor of Fan Phenomena: Star Trek and a contributor to The Routledge Handbook of Star Trek.

He is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Media, Journalism, and Film at Miami University in Ohio with research interests in media policy and economics, media audiences, media history, and LGBTQ representation in electronic media and film.
