The Brooklyn Bridge was a bridge in New York City on Earth, connecting the boroughs of Brooklyn and Manhattan.

The 21st Street Mission was located in the vicinity of the Brooklyn Bridge in 1930. (TOS: "The City on the Edge of Forever")

In an alternate timeline where Nazi-Germany invaded the Eastern United States of America during the early 1940s, people fled Manhattan over the Brooklyn Bridge as German troops conquered the city. (ENT: "Storm Front")
